Modern Age Home Builders was established in 2018, but our experience was built long before our name was.
Owner Peter Bukowski began his career as a framing contractor on Long Island more than three decades ago, growing the business to multiple crews before transitioning into complete home construction through partnerships and joint ventures.
That hands-on foundation ultimately evolved into Modern Age Home Builders. Today, our team builds across Long Island, from thoughtfully designed single-family homes to sophisticated North Fork, South Fork, and Hamptons properties and luxury estates exceeding 7,000 square feet.
With more than 300 homes built, we’ve grown without losing sight of what matters most, building well, communicating clearly and standing behind every home we deliver.

Peter’s career in construction began 33 years ago as a framing contractor on long Island. What started with framing crews eventually grew into complete homebuilding, development and the company Modern Age Home Builders is today.
That background continues to influence the way he approaches every project: understand how a home is built from the inside out, stay involved, communicate with the buyer and never compromise the standards behind the finished product.
